St. Ebbes Thesis
During term, we meet at St Ebbe’s each Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to share a meal, get to know each other and to discuss a passage or topic from the Bible and pray. On Friday mornings, we host Going Deeper Breakfasts at the University Club at 8.15am so we can explore certain issues in greater depth.

Orthodox Christian Student Society
The Orthodox Christian Student Society is a dynamic and open community of Oxford students of different nationalities united by Orthodox faith. Its aim is to promote Orthodox Christianity within the university, educate about the history, spirituality and current problems of Orthodoxy in the world, support the dialogue with other Christian denominations and share a Christian message across the university. Our members include final year undergraduate, graduate students and research fellows with a broad spectrum of interests in the early Church, modern theology, spirituality, history, politics, and international relations.

Postgraduate students are an important part of the Emmanuel family. We aim to help you grow in your relationship with God through practical teaching from the bible and an openness to the Holy Spirit.
We have two Sunday meetings, 10:30AM at Oxford Spires Academy, Glanville Road and 3:00PM at Oxford High School Junior, Bardwell Road. The majority of our postgraduate students join one of our mid-week groups called Connect Groups, but we also have a Thursday evening Student Night, 8:00PM at The Mitre, which they are welcome to come along to.

Meeting on Wednesday evenings from 7:45pm and beginning with pizza, God in the Quad provides a supportive and friendly environment for post-graduate research students wishing to make connections between scholarship and their faith.
